It’s Time For Ice Cream, So Where Do We Go?

So you are sitting in the restaurant wrapping up a great meal with your friends and you are talking about where to go next. Maybe some ice cream would be nice. Or maybe a coffee shop. Or maybe some live music in a bar that is close-by. But you don’t know where to go or what is around you because you aren’t from around here. So what do you do? Yep, you grab your smartphone and search. We all do it.

So now flip that around. You are the ice cream shop, the coffee shop, or the bar. Wouldn’t you want those folks to come visit you? Well, they need to be able to find you on that smartphone if there is any hope of them coming to visit you. So how do you do that? There are scores of smartphone apps out there that people are using nowadays to find stuff. Mapping apps, social media apps, shopping apps, search apps, and on and on. And all those apps get their business directory information from somewhere. So you need to get your business information into those business directories ASAP so that you show up in places that people are looking. So here is my list of the top business directories on the Internet. Most of these are free, so put this at the top of your to-do list to get listed on every single one of these. Yes, every single one. It matters.
